Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due on or before event date.

Dates are not held without deposit.

Weather Policy

Because the safety and well-being of our animals is our top priority, we carefully monitor weather conditions leading up to your event.

Events may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat or cold, or high winds.

Light rain or overcast conditions may still allow the event to proceed, depending on setup and shelter availability.

If unsafe weather occurs, we will work with you to reschedule and apply your payment to a future booking or give a refund. If a client chooses to cancel due to weather that has been deemed safe to proceed, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a 2-week notice for cancellations to receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable.

We are happy to reschedule your event based on availability.
